Once underway, you'll be served topside a delectable presentation of pita chips with a variety of homemade dips, a plate of fresh organic vegetables, fresh smoked salmon on baguettes with cream cheese, a feta & olive salsa on garlic crostini, and your favorite beverages (wine & microbrews included).

Below is a menu of eight plate selections prepared by Ray's Boathouse. You can choose any four you wish for your cruise. In addition, we will also serve a fresh Fruit Platter, an Antipasto Tray, Tomato & Mozzarela skewers with fresh Basil, fresh baguettes, and a tasty dessert to top the evening off.
